We are seeking a skilled Phlebotomist to work in either a Patient Service Center or client office. In this role, you will provide top-notch customer service, collect high-quality specimens, and represent the company with professionalism. The work schedule is Monday - Friday 8:30a-5:00p and rotating Saturdays at the Prince George PSC 7:30a-12p.
This position may be eligible for participation in the PST Incentive Plan, which offers a quarterly bonus based on performance metrics.
Laboratory professionals may enjoy access to benefits such as Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, STD/LTD, 401(k), Paid Time Off (PTO) or Flexible Time Off (FTO), Tuition Reimbursement, and Employee Stock Purchase Plan. Administrative staff regularly scheduled to work less than 20 hours are eligible to participate in the 401(k) Plan only.
Your key responsibilities will include performing blood collections by venipuncture and capillary techniques for all age groups, processing billing information, collecting payments when required, preparing collected specimens for testing and analysis, and administrative tasks as needed. When necessary, you may also travel to additional sites.
Prior phlebotomy certification from an accredited agency is preferred, but not required. We value individuals who are comfortable working under minimal supervision, flexible to work overtime as needed, and committed to providing excellent patient care.
