Duties and Responsibilities:
- Collect blood samples from patients by venipuncture and capillary techniques
- Process specimens for testing, including data entry and specimen preparation
- Maintain accurate records of patient information and specimen data
- Provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively with patients
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; phlebotomy certification preferred
- Previous experience as a Phlebotomist; strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team; comfortable with minimal supervision
- Reliable transportation and clean driving record if applicable; flexibility to work overtime as needed
