Work Schedule: Monday thru Friday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm
Job Description
This is a critical role that requires attention to detail, strong communication skills, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or equivalent, phlebotomy certification from an accredited agency, and previous experience as a phlebotomist.
- Perform blood collections by venipuncture and capillary techniques for all age groups
- Collect specimens for drug screens, paternity tests, alcohol tests, etc.
- Process billing information and collect payments when required
- Maintain patient and specimen information logs
- Provide superior customer service to all patients
