Key Responsibilities:
In this role, you will perform blood collections by venipuncture and capillary techniques for all age groups, collect specimens for drug screens, paternity tests, alcohol tests, etc., and process billing information and collect payments when required. You will also prepare all collected specimens for testing and analysis, maintain patient and specimen information logs, provide superior customer service to all patients, and perform administrative and clerical duties as necessary.
Additionally, you will travel to additional sites when needed and participate in ongoing education and training to stay up-to-date on the latest techniques and technologies. The successful candidate will have a high school diploma or equivalent, phlebotomy certification or completed training program from an accredited agency, and a proven track record in providing exceptional customer service.
