We are looking for an experienced and passionate Onsite Wellness and Health Coordinator. This is a highly collaborative position that works as a vital part of a team that supports a prominent health system client in the D.C./Baltimore area.
Location: Washington D.C. Metro area – Hybrid Remote and Onsite required.
**This is a hybrid position requiring worksite presence 3 times per week. The ideal candidates will have the flexibility to work 1 evening per week.**
This role will be responsible for supporting the implementation and delivery of wellness objectives for a prominent account. This role will be multi-faceted and will include managing programming schedules, tracking impact and reporting on KPIs, programing delivery, consultation with key client stakeholders, supporting employee populations with health and wellness goals and ongoing client relationship management.
The Coordinator will be a brand ambassador for the Client's health and wellness brand and positively impact the comprehensive culture of health and wellness. This Onsite Wellness and Health Coordinator will collaborate with the client's benefits team, with external wellness vendors, and internal service team members, and be accountable for transferring knowledge, best practices (external and internal), methodology and tools to help achieve the client's wellness and health promotion objectives.
What you will Accomplish:
Identifies needs and solutions that support the well-being of the client’s employees
Coordinate and facilitate a network of health champions to increase employee engagement and build an internal wellness and health promotion team.
Build optimal customer relationships with HR partners, internal Labcorp account team and onsite Wellness affiliates to ensure quality results and deliverables
Work alongside other Coordinators to ensure that the overall mission and goals of the program are met.
Thrive in and fast paced, fluid and flexible environment that is focused on partnership, communication and problem solving within a dynamic team.
Setup, deploy and respond to employee communications and inquiries regarding client programming and incentives.
Provide a welcoming, inclusive and supportive demeanor through positive client support interactions.
Identifies opportunities and implement solutions to improve engagement through multi-channel member communications.
Document processes and make collaborative recommendations to maximize efficiency and communication across the team.
Collaborates with external vendors in the planning and coordination of onsite wellness and health promotion events
What you will bring to the Team:
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Health Promotion, Exercise Science, Health Education, Health Communication, Public Health, Nutrition, or similar field
2 to 4 years of relevant experience in the delivery or execution of wellness programs, coaching and project management.
Previous work in or understanding of Hospital Systems a plus
Comfortable with public speaking and presenting seminars in person and virtually.
Team player and willing to jump into things head first
Ability to balance multiple projects and stakeholders, and handle quick deadlines
Experience working with a variety of client cultures and personalities
Excellent attention to detail and follow-through
Maintains a high level of organization while handling multiple projects
Passion for health and wellness
Be a leader and strong representative of Labcorp Employer Services and the client program
Strong verbal and communication skills
Licensure/Certification: Nutrition, Registered Dietician or any other health or wellness focus education is highly recommended/valuable

Pay Range: $55,000 - $65,000/yr
All job offers will be based on a candidate’s skills and prior relevant experience, applicable degrees/certifications, as well as internal equity and market data.
