About This Role
This position involves working as a Clinical Laboratory Technician at LabCorp. The successful candidate will be responsible for collecting blood specimens from patients, preparing and processing specimens for testing, and providing exceptional customer service.
- Collect blood specimens from patients using venipuncture and capillary techniques for all age groups.
- Prepare and process specimens for testing and analysis.
- Provide exceptional customer service to patients.
- Perform data entry of patient information in an accurate and timely manner.
- Process billing information and collect payments when required.
What You Need
- A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
- Phlebotomy certification or completed training program from an accredited agency is required.
- Proven track record in providing exceptional customer service.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently or in a team environment.
