Job Requirements
To be considered for this position, candidates must have a valid California issued Phlebotomy License or have an application for Phlebotomy License filed with California Department of Health at time of hire.
Previous experience as a phlebotomist is highly preferred, but not required. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential for this role.
Candidates should also be comfortable working independently or in a team environment, and be able to pass a standardized color blindness test.
