Your Responsibilities
- Perform Blood Collections: Perform blood collections by venipuncture and capillary techniques for all age groups.
- Collect Specimens: Collect specimens for drug screens, paternity tests, alcohol tests, and more.
- Process Billing Information: Process billing information and collect payments when required.
As a specimen collector at Labcorp, you'll have a valid California-issued Phlebotomy License or have an application filed with the California Department of Health at time of hire. Previous experience as a phlebotomist is highly preferred, along with a proven track record of providing exceptional customer service and strong communication skills.
