- Main Responsibilities:
- Perform venipuncture and capillary collections for various age groups
- Collect specimens for drug screens, paternity tests, and other types of testing
- Process patient information and specimen data in a timely and accurate manner
- Prepare collected specimens for analysis and maintain accurate records
- Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; previous experience as a phlebotomist preferred
- Valid driver's license and good driving record (if applicable)
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Able to pass a standardized color blindness test
We offer a competitive compensation package, including hourly pay rates ranging from $17.50 to $28.93 per hour, depending on experience. Additionally, eligible employees may participate in our PST Incentive Plan, which provides quarterly bonuses based on performance metrics.
