About Our Job:
We are looking for a highly motivated Regional Health Coach to join our team at Labcorp Employer Services (LES). As a Regional Health Coach, you will play a key role in promoting healthy behaviors and providing health education to employees. You will work closely with Registered Dietitian Nutritionists (RDN) to develop and implement health education programs that meet the needs of our diverse workforce.
Main Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement health education programs for employees, focusing on topics such as nutrition, physical activity, and stress management.
- Conduct one-on-one sessions with employees to discuss their biometric screening results and provide personalized health recommendations.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of health education into the workplace.
- Document all interactions with participants and maintain accurate records.
Requirements:
- Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) or equivalent experience.
- Strong understanding of health coaching principles and practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer skills and ability to learn new software.
- Reliable transportation and ability to travel as needed.
