Responsibilities
- Supervise laboratory personnel and direct their training and development
- Monitor daily workflow and schedule adequate assay coverage
- Research and resolve production errors and escalate when necessary
- Engage in continuous process and service level improvements
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a chemical or biological science, clinical laboratory science, medical technology, or meet local regulatory requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a technologist
- Previous supervisor/leadership experience is highly preferred
