Responsibilities
- Collect blood specimens from patients using venipuncture and capillary techniques
- Process billing information and collect payments when required
- Prepare specimens for testing and analysis
- Maintain accurate patient and specimen logs
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Phlebotomy certification preferred
- Previous experience as a phlebotomist (at least 1 year)
- Pediatric and geriatric patient experience highly preferred
- Proven track record of exceptional customer service
