We're currently seeking a skilled and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Phlebotomist. In this role, you'll have the opportunity to work with a dynamic team of professionals who share your passion for delivering excellent patient care. Your responsibilities will include performing blood collections by venipuncture and capillary techniques for all age groups, collecting specimens for drug screens, paternity tests, alcohol tests, etc., processing billing information and collecting payments when required, preparing all collected specimens for testing and analysis, maintaining patient and specimen information logs, and providing superior customer service to all patients.
The ideal candidate will possess a high school diploma or equivalent, phlebotomy certification or completed training program from an accredited agency, and 1-2 years phlebotomy experience. You'll also need to have strong communication skills, both written and verbal, ability to work independently or in a team environment, comfortable working under minimal supervision, reliable transportation, and a clean driving record if applicable.
