Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to patients and clients.
- Perform skilled specimen collections using venipuncture and capillary techniques for all age groups.
- Enter patient information accurately and on time.
- Process billing information and collect payments when required.
- Prepare specimens for testing and analysis.
- Assist with administrative and clerical duties as needed.
- Travel to additional sites when necessary.
Requirements
- Phlebotomy certification or completed training program from an accredited agency.
- Previous experience as a phlebotomist is also acceptable.
- Comfortable working under minimal supervision.
- Flexible to work overtime as needed.
