Job Opportunity
We are seeking a phlebotomist to work in either a Patient Service Center or client office. As a phlebotomist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, performing skilled specimen collections, and serving as the face of our organization.
Schedule and Benefits
This role requires working Monday through Friday. Phlebotomists may be eligible for participation in the PST Incentive Plan, which offers a quarterly bonus based on performance metrics. Key Responsibilities
- Perform blood collections by venipuncture and capillary techniques for all age groups
- Data entry of patient information in an accurate and timely manner
- Process billing information and collect payments when required
- Prepare all collected specimens for testing and analysis
- Administrative and clerical duties as necessary
- Travel to additional sites when needed
Requirements
- Phlebotomy certification from an accredited agency is preferred
- Previous experience as a phlebotomist
- Comfortable working under minimal supervision
- Flexibility to work overtime as needed
