Responsibilities
- Manage environmental projects, with a focus on wetlands, species, and stormwater
- Work with local, state, and federal regulatory agencies
- Maintain, manage, and expand client relationships across our footprint
- Identify and pursue project opportunities
- Prepare proposals and project budgets
- Manage and mentor junior level staff
Qualifications
- Minimum BS or BA in Environmental, Ecology, or Biology
- 2 to 8 years of experience in delineation, permitting, jurisdictional determinations, etc. of freshwater wetlands and streams
- Knowledge of New York local, state and federal regulations as it related to wetlands, stream and protected species
- Ability to review, edit, and provide QA/QC for deliverables
- Experience cost estimating and proposing projects
- Must be self-sufficient and self-motivated
- Must be comfortable being a firm representative (i.e. maintain, pursue, and establish client business relationships)
- Salary commensurate with experience
- Fast-paced environmental consulting/engineering practice

Salary : $70,000 - $110,000
