What are the responsibilities and job description for the Environmental Scientist position at LaBella Associates?
We are currently hiring an entry level Environmental Scientist / Geologist / Engineer in our Environmental division at our Chattanooga, TN office. The Environmental Scientist / Geologist / Engineer will support ecological projects, such as wetland and stream delineations, Tennessee Hydrological Determinations, threatened and endangered species review, and Section 401 / 404 Permitting. Manager. A successful candidate will be able to perform various tasks including field work, reporting writing, and support project managers on various projects.
Duties
- Assist with wetland / stream delineations and habitat assessments
- Assist with Tennessee Hydrological Determinations
- Technical report writing and section 401 / 404 permitting.
