Duties

• Prepare and cook pizzas according to established recipes and menu specifications.
• Ensure all ingredients are fresh and of high quality, adhering to food safety standards.
• Manage food preparation tasks, including dough making, sauce preparation, and topping assembly.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including proper food handling practices.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure timely service during peak hours.
• Assist in menu planning by suggesting new pizza recipes or variations based on seasonal ingredients.
• Monitor inventory levels and assist in ordering supplies as needed.
• Follow all health and safety regulations while working in the kitchen.

Skills

• Strong knowledge of food safety practices and regulations.
• Experience in menu planning and food preparation techniques.
• Proficient in various cooking methods, particularly related to pizza making.
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining high-quality standards.
