Occasionally, the Rehab Aide may provide oversight in the Aquatics area when needed. This position plays a key role in ensuring a smooth and safe environment for both staff and participants.
Key Responsibilities
Previous experience in a medical, fitness, or rehabilitation setting is preferred, but not required. Ability to work under close supervision and as part of a team, demonstrating the ability to follow instructions effectively

Key Responsibilities
- Participant Support – Provide assistance to participants under the supervision of professional staff to ensure safety and promote progress in the MBF program.
- Operational Support – Assist MBF manager with daily duties, including:
- Maintaining cleanliness and organization within the facility
- Performing accurate and efficient data entry tasks
- Ensuring proper care and maintenance of equipment
- Aquatic Oversight – Provide supervision of the Aquatics area as needed, ensuring safety protocols are followed.
- Data Management – Assist with the input and extraction of data related to program participants and progress.
- Attendance and Punctuality – Demonstrate reliability by adhering to attendance policies, and arriving on time for scheduled shifts and appointments.
