Key Responsibilities
- Conduct assessments to diagnose speech, language, and swallowing disorders.
- Develop and implement personalized treatment plans for individuals and groups.
- Provide therapy services aimed at improving communication and swallowing abilities.
- Collaborate with other professionals, including Parsons, to enhance patient outcomes.
- Document patient progress and adjust therapy plans as needed.
- Stay updated on current best practices in the field.
- Strong clinical knowledge of speech, language, and swallowing disorders.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for interacting with patients, families, and teams.
- Ability to work independently as well as within a team.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
- Current licensure in Kansas
- CCC-SLP preferred.
- BLS required
