As a Process Engineer, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by :
- Leading OEE continuous improvement efforts on the CNC Lathes with collaboration from operators, technicians and other engineers in the machine shop.
- Leading sustaining and new product introduction projects that deliver products and processes of validated consistent quality.
- Manage capital equipment procurement projects from ideation through quoting and implementation ensuring the incoming equipment performs as required.
- Determines priority of multiple project options that give the most value by thorough analysis utilizing lean and six sigma tools.
- Supports manufacturing operations to ensure uninterrupted quality production of life saving products.
