You’ll be the go-to contact for our clients and field workforce across the greater Colorado Springs area. What You’ll Do Sales & Client Growth
- Drive new business by identifying and contacting potential clients to promote our staffing solutions.
- Communicate the value of our services, confidently close deals, and meet monthly sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring satisfaction and loyalty.
- Track and report sales activities and pipeline progress.
Field Dispatch & Coordination
- Match field employees with job assignments based on client needs, worker skills, and availability.
- Communicate job details clearly to workers, addressing any concerns and ensuring timely placement.
- Manage daily schedules and respond to last-minute changes with agility and professionalism.
Administrative & Organizational Support
- Maintain accurate records of job assignments, client interactions, and staffing schedules.
- Support the team with office tasks like data entry, filing, and compliance tracking.
- Ensure all staffing meets company, legal, and safety standards.
- Deliver top-tier service to clients, resolving inquiries or issues with a solutions-first mindset.
What You Bring
- Experience: 2 years in dispatch, sales, customer service, or administrative roles—ideally in staffing or a fast-paced service industry.
- Communication: Clear, confident, and professional verbal and written communication skills.
- Problem-Solving: Quick thinker with the ability to juggle multiple priorities and resolve issues efficiently.
- Tech Savvy: Comfortable using Microsoft Office, email, and scheduling or CRM platforms.
- Organization: Detail-oriented with a knack for staying on top of deadlines and logistics.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
