We’re on the lookout for a proactive, people-oriented Office and Sales Coordinator (OSC) to be a key player in both our customer service and sales efforts. This hybrid role blends sales strategy with daily operational coordination, offering variety, responsibility, and a chance to grow with us. You’ll be the go-to contact for our clients and field workforce across the greater Colorado Springs area. What You’ll Do Sales & Client Growth

  • Drive new business by identifying and contacting potential clients to promote our staffing solutions.
  • Communicate the value of our services, confidently close deals, and meet monthly sales targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Track and report sales activities and pipeline progress.

Field Dispatch & Coordination

  • Match field employees with job assignments based on client needs, worker skills, and availability.
  • Communicate job details clearly to workers, addressing any concerns and ensuring timely placement.
  • Manage daily schedules and respond to last-minute changes with agility and professionalism.

Administrative & Organizational Support

  • Maintain accurate records of job assignments, client interactions, and staffing schedules.
  • Support the team with office tasks like data entry, filing, and compliance tracking.
  • Ensure all staffing meets company, legal, and safety standards.
  • Deliver top-tier service to clients, resolving inquiries or issues with a solutions-first mindset.

What You Bring

  • Experience: 2 years in dispatch, sales, customer service, or administrative roles—ideally in staffing or a fast-paced service industry.
  • Communication: Clear, confident, and professional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Problem-Solving: Quick thinker with the ability to juggle multiple priorities and resolve issues efficiently.
  • Tech Savvy: Comfortable using Microsoft Office, email, and scheduling or CRM platforms.
  • Organization: Detail-oriented with a knack for staying on top of deadlines and logistics.
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
