Key Responsibilities :
- Case Evaluation and Selection : Conduct comprehensive assessments of potential class action claims to determine legal viability, strategic fit, and potential impact, leveraging an in-depth knowledge of California labor laws, including wage and hour regulations, workplace discrimination statutes, and employee misclassification issues.
- Litigation Management : Oversee various aspects of class action litigation, including case development, filing, discovery, motion practice, trial preparation, and resolution. Serve as lead counsel in complex cases, working closely with co-counsel and experts as necessary.
- Strategic Direction : Collaborate with firm leadership to shape and execute litigation strategies that align with the firm's objectives and uphold our reputation for excellence.
- Mentorship and Team Development : Provide guidance and mentorship to junior attorneys and staff, fostering professional growth and ensuring the delivery of high-quality legal services.
