About the Job

We're seeking a detail-oriented and organized Office Clerk to provide administrative support and contribute to the smooth operation of our office. As an Office Clerk, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate files and records, sorting and distributing mail, answering phones, and performing various other tasks to ensure the efficient functioning of our office.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be proficient in MS Office, and possess strong organizational and time management abilities. If you are a team player who is eager to learn and grow with our company, we encourage you to apply.

Your Responsibilities
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date files and records.
  • Sort and distribute incoming mail and prepare outgoing mail/packages.
  • Answer phones, take messages, and redirect calls to appropriate staff.
  • Utilize office equipment and software to perform tasks such as word processing, creating spreadsheets, and taking minutes of meetings.
  • Perform basic bookkeeping tasks, including issuing invoices and checks.
  • Assist in office management and organization procedures.
  • Monitor office supplies and report shortages.
  • Perform other office duties as needed.
