Auto Mechanic

Labor Finders of Austell is seeking an experienced auto mechanic. In this position, you will diagnose, repair, and maintain vehicles, performing tasks like routine maintenance, identifying and fixing mechanical issues, and explaining procedures to customers. 

Responsibilities:

• Maintenance:
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as oil changes, tire rotations, and fluid checks.
  • Ensure vehicles are in safe and optimal operating condition.
• Customer Interaction:
  • Communicate with customers about vehicle issues, repair needs, and costs.
  • Explain procedures and provide recommendations in a clear and understandable manner.
• Other Duties:
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
  • Follow safety procedures and guidelines.
  • Keep abreast of the latest advancements in automotive technology. 
• Diagnosis and Repair:
  • Test and troubleshoot vehicle systems to ensure proper functioning.
  • Replace or repair faulty parts.
  • Identify and diagnose mechanical problems using various tools, including computerized diagnostic equipment.
  • Plan and execute repair procedures, referring to technical manuals and charts.
