In this role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our customers while handling various administrative and support tasks. As a key member of our customer service team, your responsibilities will include answering inbound calls, assisting customers with their orders, and ensuring all paperwork is filed accurately and promptly.
Responsibilities:
Answer inbound customer calls in a professional and courteous manner.
Assist customers with placing and managing orders.
Provide product information, resolve inquiries, and offer solutions to customer concerns.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
File and organize customer paperwork efficiently.
