Labor Finders of Augusta is seeking reliable and motivated individuals for a temp-to-perm position at a local cabinetry shop. In this role, you will assist in the production, assembly, and installation of custom cabinets. Responsibilities:
Assist in the construction and assembly of custom cabinets.
Cut, shape, and assemble wood parts to create cabinet pieces.
Read blueprints and instructions to accurately build cabinetry.
Sand, finish, and stain wood surfaces to the highest standards.
Maintain a clean and organized work area.
Help with loading, unloading, and transporting materials as needed.
Follow all safety guidelines and company procedures.
Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in woodworking or cabinetry is required.
Ability to use basic hand tools and woodworking machinery.
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment.
Ability to lift heavy materials and work in a physically demanding environment.
Reliable, punctual, and eager to learn new skills.
