Job Overview:
As a Forklift Driver , you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse or production facility. You will be responsible for operating a forklift to move, load, unload, and organize products and materials in a safe and efficient manner.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate a forklift to transport materials to and from designated storage areas, loading docks, or production lines.
- Load and unload shipments from trucks or containers, ensuring safe handling and proper stacking.
- Perform inventory control and assist in organizing stock, materials, and equipment.
- Inspect forklift equipment before use and report any issues or malfunctions.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to safety regulations and company policies.
- Work collaboratively with warehouse and production teams to ensure efficient workflow.
- Adhere to all safety protocols, including wearing personal protective equipment (PPE) and following workplace safety guidelines.
Qualifications:
- Valid forklift certification/license (required).
- Previous experience operating forklifts in a warehouse, manufacturing, or distribution environment (preferred).
