Labor Finders of Augusta is seeking a dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team in Augusta. The CNA will provide essential nursing care to patients in a home health care setting, assisting with daily activities and ensuring patient comfort and well-being.
Key Responsibilities:
- Patient Care: Offer competent and caring support with daily activities such as bathing, toileting, dressing, and eating. Assist patients with mobility and positioning.
- Medical Monitoring: Take and record vital signs and weight as needed.
- Professional Development: Maintain required certifications and perform additional tasks as required for the specific care needs of patients.
Shifts Available:
- Day Shifts
- Night Shifts
- In-Home Health Care Settings
- 24/7 Care: Shifts are as needed, with coverage available around the clock to accommodate patient and caregiver schedules.
Requirements:
- Certifications: Active CNA license, CPR, BLS, and First Aid certifications.
- Education: Successful completion of a nursing assistant course or equivalent. High school diploma or equivalent is required.
- Experience: Previous home health care or hospital experience preferred with references.
- Skills: Excellent customer service skills, ability to work with diverse patients, and physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to stand and walk for prolonged periods.
