- Site Management and Coordination:
- Manage and coordinate the work of subcontractors, including grading crews, hauling companies, and utility locators.
- Oversee the mobilization and deployment of excavation equipment.
- Monitor site conditions and weather forecasts to identify potential risks and adjust plans accordingly.
- Safety and Compliance:
- Implement and enforce strict safety protocols on the excavation site.
- Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal safety regulations related to excavation work.
- Conduct regular safety inspections and address safety concerns promptly.
- Quality Control:
- Monitor excavation work to ensure adherence to project specifications and quality standards.
