Responsibilities:
- Operating Machinery:
- Operating and maintaining production equipment, including machinery and tools, according to established procedures.
- Monitoring equipment performance and identifying potential problems.
- Adjusting machine settings and parameters to optimize production.
- Assembling Products:
- Assembling products or components on an assembly line or in a production area.
- Following blueprints, schematics, and other instructions to ensure accurate assembly.
- Using hand tools, power tools, and other equipment as needed.
- Quality Control:
- Inspecting finished products for defects and ensuring they meet quality standards.
- Identifying and removing defective products or components.
- Performing quality checks and tests as required.
- Safety and Cleanliness:
- Adhering to all safety procedures and regulations.
- Maintaining a clean and organized work area.
- Reporting any safety hazards or concerns to supervisors.
- Other Duties:
- Packing and labeling products for shipment.
- Operating forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment.
- Storing raw materials and finished goods.
- Maintaining accurate records of production and inventory levels.
- Collaborating with team members and communicating effectively with supervisors.
