We are looking for someone who can perform work to meet the needs of national and international customers regarding low-complexity maintenance, operation, and conservation of their machines, providing specialized technical support with speed and quality to ensure customer satisfaction in their relationship with the company. Perform technical deliveries and guide customers on the maintenance and operation of machines and implements.

- Serve national customers by providing basic maintenance services, guiding them on the operation and conversation of machines, understanding their needs advising them by phone or visiting them according to the repair to be done. Create and track indicators, proposing goals and monitoring results to develop the sector's productivity.
- Assist in technical training activities for salespeople, producers, and others, guiding them on the operation, characteristics, and conversation of machines, to ensure compliance with the applicable requirements for the proper functioning of the machines.
- Make adjustments by replacing spare parts "under warranty" testing, and verifying the work performed, as well as reporting to your supervisor the more complex irregularities, which will be evaluated by them in the conjunction with production engineering.
- participate in support activities such as: machine refurbishment processes, attending fairs, and others.
- Fill out reports, service orders, and issue field service information.
- Perform technical deliveries of new machines, providing the customer with information regarding the operation, maintenance, and adjustment of the machines, as well as monitoring the first hours of operation for customers who have never operated the equipment.
- Comply with and ensure compliance with safety standards, aiming at the safety of people and company equipment, as well as cleanliness and organization in the workplace.
