Labor Finders of Augusta is seeking reliable and hardworking individuals with flooring knowledge for a temp-to-hire flooring manufacturing and order assembly position at a reputable local flooring company. In this role, you will assist in the production and assembly of flooring materials, ensuring that customer orders are accurately and efficiently put together.
Responsibilities:
Manufacture flooring materials based on company specifications and customer orders.
Assemble flooring orders by accurately cutting, sorting, and packaging flooring products.
Ensure that all flooring materials are prepared and assembled to meet quality standards.
Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
Assist with inventory management, including restocking and organizing materials.
Follow all safety guidelines and maintain a safe working environment.
Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members.
Qualifications:
Flooring knowledge is required (experience with different types of flooring such as carpet, tile, hardwood, laminate, or vinyl is preferred).
Previous experience in manufacturing or warehouse work is a plus but not required.
Ability to lift heavy materials and stand for extended periods.
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
Reliable, punctual, and motivated to work.
