Job Overview : Labor Finders is seeking a skilled and reliable Industrial Forklift Operator to join our team. This position requires previous experience Operating Industrial Forklifts in a warehouse, manufacturing, or distribution environment.
The ideal candidate will have a strong safety mindset, be able to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting, and be comfortable handling large or heavy materials with precision.

Key Responsibilities : Safely operate industrial forklifts (sit-down, stand-up, reach truck, or pallet jack) to load, unload, and transport materials within the facility.
Move heavy, large, or bulk materials to designated areas while ensuring proper stacking and storage. Conduct daily forklift inspections to ensure equipment is in good working condition.
Maintain an organized and safe work environment, following all warehouse safety guidelines. Support inventory management by ensuring proper labeling, rotation, and tracking of materials.
Assist in loading and unloading shipments, ensuring accuracy in quantities and product types. Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient and timely production, shipping, and delivery.
Adhere to all workplace safety regulations and protocols. Required Qualifications : Previous Industrial Forklift operating experience is mandatory.
Must have experience with industrial forklifts in a warehouse, distribution, or manufacturing setting. Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain certification upon hire).
Ability to lift up to (50lbs) and perform physical tasks in a high-demand environment. Strong safety awareness and ability to follow safety guidelines at all times.
