- Perform basic programmed and diagnostics on assigned equipment, to include baggers, conveyors, HVAC/R systems, electrical systems, office and production lighting, rotating equipment, assembly line motors, PLC's, breakers and relays.
- Troubleshoot and maintenance of some farm equipment maintenance and housing facility also required.
- Must be familiar with all safe work handling procedures; safe working practices must occur at all times, with every job.
- Experience in LOTO, fall protection and arc flash protection procedures desired. We will train the employees in any skill or task orientation required. Work environments range from outdoor heat and cold, rain and sunshine, to the indoor fresh green vegetables production facility, which is often damp and sometimes wet, and is kept at 36F to 38F. Food production experience a plus.
- Own tools required, specialty tools provided.
- Safe working Practices at all times.
- Troubleshoot electrical problems (3 phase experience).
- Mechanical ability to change motors bearings, rollers etc...
- Understanding of PLC.
- Plumbing.
- Basic welding operations of regular and stainless steel.
- Troubleshoot and installation of motors and pumps.
- Ability to take directions.
