Position: Landscaping Crew Leader
Experience Required: 3-5 years of experience in landscaping
Responsibilities:
Overseeing and leading the maintenance landscaping crew
Responsible for company truck
Ensuring the quality and efficiency of all landscaping tasks including mowing, trimming, blowing, watering, and weed control.
Implementing safety and work guidelines
Supervising and mentoring crew members
Requirements:
Must pass a drug test
Must have a clean MVR (Motor Vehicle Report)
Must pass a physical to obtain DOT certification
