We are hiring for a private home health care company that is committed to delivering compassionate, professional, and personalized care to individuals in the comfort of their homes. Our focus is on providing the highest level of care to patients, and we are looking for skilled Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our team and help us meet that mission.

Position Overview :

We are looking to hire experienced LPNs to join our team for both day and night shifts in our 24 / 7 home health care services as needed. As part of our team, you will have the opportunity to provide high-quality care and build meaningful relationships with patients and their families.

Responsibilities :

  • Provide skilled nursing care to patients in their homes, following physician’s orders and care plans.
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
  • Monitor patient health status, record observations, and report changes in condition to the healthcare team.
  • Provide wound care, catheter care, and other nursing procedures as needed.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals.
  • Educate patients and caregivers on proper care techniques and health maintenance.
  • Document patient care accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Adhere to safety protocols and infection control standards.
  • Ensure a compassionate and supportive environment for patients and their families.

Qualifications :

  • Current and valid LPN license in Georgia
  • Minimum of 2 years of home health care experience required.
  • Strong clinical skills and the ability to make independent decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work autonomously and manage time effectively.
  • Current CPR certification (or willingness to obtain).
  • Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license.
  • Compassionate, patient-centered approach to care.

  • Negative TB test result.
  • Drug test.
  • Background check.
  • Proof of insurance.
  • Reliable transportation.

    • Shift Availability :

  • Flexible shifts available (Day or Night as Needed).
