Position Overview: The Operations Assistant will support day-to-day warehouse operations, ensuring smooth workflows, inventory accuracy, and on-time order processing. This individual will collaborate closely with team members to maintain efficiency in a fast-paced environment.
- Assist in managing inventory, including receiving, storing, and tracking inventory.
Process and fulfill customer orders with attention to detail and timeliness.
Maintain organization and cleanliness of the warehouse.
Coordinate with the operations team to optimize workflow and address challenges.
Handle shipping, receiving, and documentation tasks accurately.
Provide support for quality control checks to ensure product standards are met.
Ability to work well under limited supervision
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in logistics or supply chain management are a plus.
Previous experience in warehouse operations or distribution preferred.
Proficiency in using inventory management systems and basic computer applications.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment.
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
Forklift certification (optional but preferred).
