Server - Restaurant/Bar

Labor Finders of Augusta is currently partnering with a vibrant restaurant / bar in the area and is looking to hire a Server to join their team. Job Description : As a Server, you’ll play a crucial role in providing an exceptional dining experience for our guests. You will take orders, serve food and drinks, and ensure that customers have everything they need to enjoy their visit. You'll be the face of the restaurant, so a friendly attitude and strong communication skills are key to ensuring each guest leaves happy. Responsibilities : Greet and seat guests in a warm, friendly, and professional manner. Take food and drink orders and enter them into the system. Serve food and beverages to guests promptly and courteously. Ensure that guests have an enjoyable dining experience by checking in with them throughout their meal. Handle cash and process payments. Maintain cleanliness and organization of your work area and dining room. Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines. Upsell menu items and promote daily specials to increase sales. Work with the kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service during busy periods. Assist with opening and closing duties, as needed. Requirements : Previous experience as a server or in a customer service role is preferred but not required. Open availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work well in a team and provide outstanding customer service. Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
