Title: Client Development Executive

Summary of Position:
The Client Development Executive serves as a strategic enablement partner, collaborating with the RVP and other divisions to maximize growth opportunities and efficiencies by handling operational, analytical, preparatory, and related tasks.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Lead Generation & Prospecting:
1. Manage CRM data entry and ensures pipeline and client information completeness and accuracy.
2. Provide support and lead on marketing and prospecting activities including supporting events organization and execution.
3. Leverage sales enablement and data enrichment tools (e.g., GovSpend and Judy Diamond) as well as deal and client level CRM (Salesforce) maintenance to advance RVP selling, renewal efforts, and tracking.
4. Facilitate, help optimize, and customize sales demonstration materials, emails, and other marketing content and tools for various external audiences.
5. Conduct research on markets, prospects, and clients’ needs, preparing information and insights for the RVP.
Sales Support & Coordination:
1. Assist in strategizing and preparing territory growth plans, sales presentations, proposals, renewals, and client reports.
2. Attend client renewal and sales meetings to support RVP.
3. Participate in the planning, logistics, and execution of conferences and tradeshows.
4. Participate in meetings and help coordinate and execute on follow-through.
5. Support RVPs and Proposal team in preparation of quotes, contracts, RFP/RFI responses, and ongoing deal activity.
6. Assist RVP and SVP with territory-based support, including market and carrier research, ABM, and general marketing campaigns.
7. Assist with organization and participate in client events, webinars, and engagement activities.
8. Travel as needed.
Customer Relationship Management:
1. Help drive document account planning and renewal strategies.
2. Track client contracts, client documentation, key milestones, and renewal timelines; ensure all remain on track.
3. Collaborate with internal teams, primarily Client Service Managers (CSMs), Client Service Directors (CSDs), and RVP to ensure seamless client experience and retention.
Market & Competitive Research:
1. Develop reports and dashboards to monitor territory performance.
2. Track and report on sales and client performance; identify areas for improvement.
3. Collaborate with Sales/Marketing and others to prioritize focused prospecting outreach efforts by trade, sub-type, industry, and geography.
4. Mentors Associate CDE.
Licensing & Qualifications
1. Bachelor's’ Degree required.
2. 3 years of experience (or equivalent skills) in sales, client services, group health insurance, Medicare or other related.
3. Demonstrated CRM (Salesforce) expertise and passion for data.
4. Proficient with Microsoft applications (Power Point, Excel, etc.)
5. Proven ability to contribute to sales and account retention with increasing responsibility.
6. Solid understanding of industry dynamics, underwriting, and client/broker relationships.
7. Must be able to work in a dynamic, fast-paced, high-growth environment.
8. Strong writing and communication skills.
