What are the responsibilities and job description for the Wellness Advocate position at Labor First LLC?
Summary of Position:
Provide education to members regarding the wellness programs they are eligible for, assists in
scheduling appointments and obtaining rewards. Work diligently to meet team goals and
assists with wellness team responsibilities. Provide high level customer service and support,
while conducting telephonic outreach to all participating members related to wellness
initiatives and member engagement.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Conducts high volume outbound calls to members who are identified as needing preventive services.
- Handles any wellness program inquiries.
- Educate members on the importance of participating in wellness programs available to them.
- Assist members with the scheduling of wellness programs.
- Assist members with setting up and receiving their rewards for completed wellness programs.
- Update Salesforce to ensure accurate tracking and progress of case work.
- Documents all interactions related to members.
- Participate in staff meetings, conference calls, and other meetings as needed.
- Provide great customer service both verbally and written.
- Work in multiple systems at the same time.
- Manage time effectively.
- Respond well to coaching and supervision.
- Assist/coach/coordinate with other team members.
- Attend training sessions and professional development activities.
Preferred Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or Equivalent.
- Proficient computer skills, including web-based browsing, email, and MS Office.
- 1 Year experience in a fast-paced customer service environment preferred.
