Labor Now is looking for an Assembler II

Position Summary:
The Assembler II, under the close supervision of the Assembly Leads, is responsible for assembling machine parts and components using a variety of hand and power tools. This role requires strong mechanical knowledge, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently with minimal guidance.

Essential Job Duties:

  • Assemble machine parts and components following mechanical blueprint instructions.
  • Use hand and power tools to assemble machines and ensure proper detailing.
  • Advise the Lead or Supervisor of any issues during the assembly process.
  • Scan jobs into the Made2Manage (M2M) and traveler systems.
  • Follow all safety procedures when handling equipment and machines.
  • Meet project deadlines and ensure efficient work completion.

Other Duties:

  • Transport parts and components to various departments.
  • Perform welding (TIG and MIG preferred).
  • Complete other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Minimum of three years' experience as an Assembler I in a manufacturing environment.
  • Strong mechanical ability and tool knowledge.
  • Welding experience (TIG and MIG) is a plus.
  • Ability to assemble machines with minimal guidance.
  • Knowledge of safety procedures in the workplace.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 – 50 per week

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Weekends as needed

  • Ontario, CA 91762 (Required)

Ability to Relocate:

  • Ontario, CA 91762: Relocate before starting work (Required)
