Responsibilities
- Deliver food and beverages from the kitchen to the dining area efficiently and accurately.
- Assist servers in setting up tables and ensuring that all dining areas are clean and well-organized.
- Communicate effectively with kitchen staff to ensure timely service of orders.
- Help maintain cleanliness in the kitchen and dining areas by bussing tables and clearing away used dishes.
- Support catering events by setting up food stations and assisting with service as needed.
- Handle food items safely, adhering to all food handling guidelines to ensure guest safety.
- Respond promptly to any guest requests or inquiries, providing excellent customer service.
Skills
- Previous experience in a kitchen, hotel, or food service environment is preferred.
- Knowledge of food handling practices and safety regulations.
- Strong communication skills to interact effectively with team members and guests.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
