Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Quality Inspector to join our team. The Quality Inspector will be responsible for inspecting and sorting products to ensure they meet established quality standards. Key Responsibilities:
- Perform visual and physical inspections of products to identify defects, inconsistencies, or deviations from specifications.
- Sort, classify, and document defective or non-conforming products.
- Follow company and industry quality standards to ensure compliance.
- Maintain accurate inspection records and prepare reports on findings.
- Communicate quality issues and concerns with supervisors and production teams.
- Use measuring tools and equipment as necessary to verify product specifications.
- Assist in the implementation of quality control procedures and recommend improvements.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure safety and efficiency.
- Adhere to all health, safety, and company regulations.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in quality control is a plus.
- Previous experience in quality inspection, manufacturing, or a related field preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with quality inspection tools and measuring devices is an advantage.
- Basic computer skills for documentation and reporting.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.
