Labor Solutions is currently seeking a 3rd Shift Supervisor in the Waukesha, WI area. This is a fantastic temp-to-hire opportunity that you won’t want to miss!
Hours : 9 : 45 p.m.–6 : 15 a.m. (Monday to Friday, some weekends will be required)
Pay Rate : $60k salary
Job Description :
- This candidate will be responsible for overseeing production and packaging. Making sure the plant is clean and meeting standards. Following all GMP guidelines and regulations. Complying with food safety. Making sure equipment is maintained and doing general inspections. Overseeing a group of ten or more people by monitoring performance and productivity. Implementing rules and any changes necessary. Setting work schedules for employees. Meeting deadlines. Filling out proper documentation and reports.
