The coordinator will oversee the hiring, coordination, and recruitment of temporary employees to fulfill customer orders. Pay $17-18 DOE
Hours: Monday - Friday from 9:30 am to 6:00pm
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Heavy recruitment.
- Greet and assist walk-in candidates.
- Answer inbound telephone calls.
- Working closely with clients to ensure filling orders is complete.
- Focus on providing quality temporary staff through thorough screening, orientation, and training processes prior to placement at job assignments.
- Develop and maintain great relationships with point people at client companies through effective communication.
- Ensure all new hire paperwork is accurate and complete prior to assigning temporary staff.
- Work closely with internal staff while applying thorough communication skills.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Must be fluent in Spanish and English.
- Must be able to communicate effectively via email, phone, or interpersonally.
- Ability to multitask.
- Flexible schedules may work on weekends.
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Great customer service skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Basic computer skills: Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- The employee does have to work in outdoor weather conditions for job fairs, employee appreciation events, and distribution of flyers to the public. Visit customers on-site two to three times a week. Employees will be compensated mileage for travel to our customers facilities.
