Key Responsibilities:
- Real Estate Management: Manage acquisitions, leases, and renewals globally; negotiate agreements and identify cost-saving opportunities.
- Facilities Operations: Ensure safe, functional, and well-maintained offices; develop policies and ensure compliance with safety and sustainability standards.
- FF&E Oversight: Manage procurement and maintenance of office furniture and equipment, aligning designs with productivity and branding goals.
- Vendor & Utilities Management: Oversee vendor contracts for services like maintenance and security; optimize utility services for efficiency.
- Budgeting & Planning: Develop and manage the facilities budget; execute long-term strategies to support organizational growth.
- Team Leadership: Lead a global facilities team, aligning initiatives with organizational priorities and fostering operational excellence.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; 10 years of experience in facilities or real estate management, preferably with multi-site international operations.
- Expertise in lease negotiations, vendor management, and building maintenance.
- Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills.
- Ability to travel domestically and internationally.
