Train on AM Shift 6 am – 6 pm

Work PM Shift 6 pm– 6 am

$21-$22 hr

Overview: We are looking for a skilled Forklift Operator to join our fast-paced distribution center. The role involves operating various forklifts to load and unload goods efficiently. This physically demanding job requires attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work in a warehouse environment.

Duties:

• Operate forklifts (reach trucks, cherry pickers, clamp trucks) to load/unload goods safely and promptly.
• Follow pick tickets and documentation to identify items for picking, loading, or unloading.
• Use warehouse management systems for accurate inventory management.
• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on equipment.
• Conduct safety inspections of the warehouse and equipment.
• Collaborate with warehouse staff for efficient operations.
• Participate in training to improve forklift operation skills.
• Comply with OSHA regulations and company safety policies.

Requirements:

• Experience with forklifts (reach trucks, cherry pickers, clamp trucks).
• Knowledge of warehouse management systems and distribution center operations.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Experience in equipment repair and maintenance.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet productivity standards.
• Forklift operation certification or willingness to obtain it.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
