Seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Commercial Flooring Project Manager to oversee and manage commercial flooring installation projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial flooring and be able to trouble shoot issues during installation and work with subcontractors and general contractors. This role requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams to ensure project success.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage commercial flooring installation projects, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive project schedules using tools such as ProCore and Prolog.
- Coordinate with subcontractors and clients to facilitate clear communication throughout the project lifecycle.
- Review and interpret schematics and construction documents to ensure accurate implementation of project plans.
- Manage contracts effectively, ensuring compliance with all terms and conditions while mitigating risks.
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, address issues, and ensure safety compliance.
Skills
- Some experience in project management software such as ProCore.
