Electrical Maintenance Supervisor
The Maintenance Supervisor will oversee maintenance, preventative maintenance and repairs of electrical systems.
JOB RESPONSIBILITY SUMMARY
- Routine maintenance of plant, equipment, machinery
- Diagnosing breakdown problems
- Directing and/or instructing Maintenance Electricians
- Familiar with standard maintenance methodologies, equipment design, installation, and project management
- Oversee day to day operations of the maintenance department
- Recordkeeping
- Dealing with emergencies, unplanned problems and repairs
- Routine scheduling maintenance work and reviewing completed work for expected outcome
- Must communicate with supervisors and coworkers
- Supervising projects while working hands on with team
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Establish working relationships with union
- Other duties as assigned
MINIMUM REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, & ABILITIES

The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skills, and ability required.) Education/ Licensure/ Credentials Experience Special Knowledge/ Skills Required: 4 year post secondary education, or equivalent experience.
Required:
Bachelor’s Degree or a minimum of 5 years’ experience directly related to a manufacturing environment as an Electrical Supervisor. Required: At least 7 years’ experience with electrical maintenance. Required: Equipment installation and preventative-predictive maintenance knowledge. Able to read blueprints and technical documentation with understanding process operations and maintenance. Basic knowledge of Windows, Excel, Outlook, Access, Word, and CAD Systems.
